In addition, we use a third party called Securepaytech to provide secure processing transactions. Securepaytech are a certified “Payment Gateway Provider” who process all credit card transactions on our website.

By using a Payment Gateway such as Securepaytech, all your credit card information goes straight to our bank. None of the Wineplus staff will ever see your credit card details.

Because we never see your credit card details, this means none are ever stored on our Server. As such, you will need to re enter your credit card details every time you make a purchase from Wineplus. This small inconvenience is well worth it for maximum security.

Our Guarantee:

At Wineplus, we stand behind the products we sell.

We take great care to carefully pack each gift box and we only use reputable couriers. If a gift box arrives in a damaged condition, we will gladly refund your money, or replace it. The choice is yours.

If you wish to return goods, please return them in their original packaging and let us know why you are returning it.

All sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand, including:

Substitutions:

In the event of a product not being available we will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Cancellations:

It is very difficult to retrieve a gift box once it has been dispatched from our premises. As a result, we are unable to allow cancellations, and therefore refunds, once a gift box has been dispatched.

We are however, able to cancel an order and provide a refund if the gift box has not yet been dispatched.

Sale of Liquor:

To comply with the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, Wineplus Limited has a license to sell liquor, granted by the Christchurch City Council. Our license number is 060/OFF/40/2008 issued on 23rd July 2008.

Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases on this site. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.

No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
